Following the publication of an issue, the editorial office does not accept or process Article Processing Charges (APCs) for the subsequent issue until all articles from the current issue have been successfully ingested and indexed in Scopus. This self-imposed ethical check ensures absolute transparency, eliminates financial risk for our contributors, and guarantees that our workflow is entirely driven by quality and indexing compliance rather than volume.
